November was a hectic month in school.
Our theme was ‘Community Workers’, where the children learnt about the different people who work in various roles that make our society run, and how we are all interdependent on each other. It also helped them see different roles and start dreaming about what they want to become in the future. A big highlight was the visit to the nearby police station, where the children got to thank the police and see the work they do. The policemen were thrilled to see our little ones and were very kind to show them some of their equipment and things they do.
Children’s Day was another big event celebrated in school, where we had a little party to celebrate our kids. The children enjoyed icing their cupcakes and eating it!
Besides all this, Annual Day practice is on full swing, with the children getting more and more excited as the day comes closer.
